1. Group Courses

1. If students miss any part of the course due to absenteeism, Training Dynamics may not give make up lessons or arrange a make-up with another class within existing schedules.
2. Training Dynamics reserves the right to cancel or change the commencement date of a course with prior notice to the students if the minimum enrollment is not met.

2. Personal Courses

1. While Training Dynamics will do her best to accommodate your timing preferences, the training schedule shall be subject to Instructor availability. Students are encouraged to schedule their classes at least 2 weeks before your desired commencement date.
2. Students must notify Training Dynamics at least 1 working day in advance if students are unable to attend any of the scheduled classes. In addition, if students are a minor, their parent/guardian must contact Training Dynamics regarding the class cancellation. If notice is not properly served, their class shall be forfeited. If notice is properly served, students can reschedule their class without penalty. The rescheduling is subject to the instructor’s availability.
3. All services must be completed within 4 months from the date of registration. All extension requests shall be made in the form of writing, and to be assessed by Training Dynamics on case-to-case basis. Training Dynamics reserves the right of final decision at its sole discretion upon thorough assessment of each extension request.

3. Resources

1. Online resources will expire at the end of the course package, and further access shall be charged at prevailing rates.
2. Unless otherwise specified, all materials you receive from Training Dynamics are for personal and non-commercial use. Students may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from Training Dynamics without explicit, prior written permission.

4. Test Registration

Students are responsible for the registration of their test. As seat availability is not guaranteed, students are encouraged to register early.

5. Changes & Notifications

All timings, locations and Instructors are subject to change at any time. Training Dynamics will notify you of all changes made to your classes via the email address provided during registration.

6. Payment Terms

Attendance on any Training Dynamics course is conditional on receipt in full of the course fee by Training Dynamics prior to the course commencement.

7. Deferrals, Withdrawals & Refunds

1. All refund requests shall made in the form of writing, and to be assessed by Training Dynamics on case-to-case basis. Training Dynamics reserves the right of final decision at its sole discretion upon thorough assessment of each refund request.
2. Please note that deferment/withdrawal requests made via phone or email will NOT be accepted as a valid application.
3. For students who are under 21 years of age, they must seek consent from their parent/guardian and inform him/her to sign on the deferment/withdrawal application form.
4. To facilitate the submission of the deferment/withdrawal application, students are encouraged to speak to their Programme Manager in order to make an informed decision.
5. Students will be notified of the deferment/withdrawal application outcome approximately 7 working day after it is submitted.
6. All refunds will be subjected to any relevant bank/merchant fees incurred.
7. Students who have successfully deferred from their course of study must confirm their intention to resume their study at the end of their deferment period by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Students who fail to notify Training Dynamics of their intention to resume their study before the end of their deferment period, will not be allowed to resume their course of study.

Hereby agree and consent that Training Dynamics Pte Ltd (“Training Dynamics”) may collect, use, disclose and process my personal information for purposes that include but are not limited to the following:

1. processing my application for and providing me with the services and products of Training Dynamics and Training Dynamics’ affiliates, business partners and related companies;
2. administering and/or managing my relationship and/or account(s) with Training Dynamics; and
3. sending me marketing, advertising and promotional information about other products/services that Training Dynamics’ affiliates, business partners and related companies may be offering, and which Training Dynamics believes may be of interest or benefit to me, by way of email, text messages and/or phone call.

9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1. Training Dynamics reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions as required.
2. Training Dynamics will ensure current Terms and Conditions are available to students at all times.
3. By enrolling in our courses, students acknowledge that they have read, understood and accept to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
